dear GOD has it been a while!!!! apparently i havent updated since july!!! so i guess a quick recap is in order...

september came, school started, homework came rushin in, drawing went down to bare minimum. ummmmmm, yeah. that IS a sad story.

but worry not fellow deviants!!!! im getting back into the swing of things so to speak, and inspiration is starting to come to me. i should be having plenty of time now that XC is out of the way and i get home at 3 instead of 6. so im refining a new style of drawing i think...its weird because i havent drawn in a while, and i sat down to draw the other day and my style looked completely different. though ive noticed that my style changes with my drawings subject matter...im not sure if thats a good or bad thing.

ooooo, speakin of new, i have two new art classes this year. drawing and painting, and media-arts. ehhh, D& P is perdy boring, accept i get to work with mediums i never really bother with, so its good in that aspect. but the cool thing with media is there are things in PS that i actually UNDERSTAND now!!! i mean i actually know what all the tools are, and i realized that i was doing things just ALL wrong! lmao. but i STILL cant paint on the damn thing. lmao.

also, ive been kinda getting into photography. i guess when i wasnt drawing, the camera became more appealing, because ive just been taking pictures of the most random shit. (which reminds me, i saw a giant spider carrying a blue bug across my driveway a month ago, and it was FREAK-E!) like, idk...i think media's been getting me into the habbit of retouching photos, and thats where its coming from. i feel like quite the posER going around taking pics though, because i am a sketch artist, not a photographer!! i feel like a bunch of tall men wearing suits are going to jump out of the bushes and smash my camera to bits for comitting the photography version of malpractice!!! (i know i mutilated that spelling)

anyway, we've been having this issure with our laptop, where this pop-up box comes up and says we dont have enough storage space on our hard-drive and we need to delete stuff, but im almost positive thats impossible, even though icr the amount of GB's we have on this baby. but there is like NOTHING on here, so how can we be running out of space!!!!!!! but i digress...my mom doesnt want me uploading any more pics until we pick up a disk to back everything up onto, so updates you will not have. *sniff sniff* <:,[
